Mark Spedale - Chef/Owner
As founding owner, Mark brings over ten years of culinary creativity and kitchen management to Primizie. After completing formal culinary training from the Art Institute of Houston, Mark gained experience in a wide range of food service scenarios. He has been the chef in a variety of establishments ranging from five-star restaurants and hotels to high-volume catering operations. He has also been involved in dinners with celebrity chefs from Alice Waters in California to Andrea Soltner in New York City, as well as preparing dinner at the James Beard House in New York City.
